Well-devised content and dynamics.
We create an event scenario, define session format and assist in selecting speakers and moderators. A program is produced to be clear, relevant and well balanced, with careful planning of duration, transitions, breaks and energy throughout a day.
Venue and Logistics

We manage venue sourcing, arrangements, hospitality, registration, signage, team and material flow plan, as well as the entire back-of-house organisation. Our aim is to have a stable and well-arranged operational segment, so that both the team and guests can enjoy positive experience throughout an event.
Audio-visual Production and Streaming
Technical execution supporting content.
We plan direction, lighting, sound, LED, recording, hybrid production, and streaming in accordance with an event format and requirements. Technical testing, back-up solutions, and good preparation are integral parts of this process in order to ensure proper execution at the venue and on screen.
Protocol, PR and the Media
Communication in line with an event.
Invitations for participants, registration, protocol, press zone, and communication are planned in accordance with an event tone and broader communication goals. When required, we add pre-event announcements, onsite support, post-event press releases and media recap, so that the event has a clear communication framework outside the venue as well.
Creative Segment and Materials
All event elements based on the same creative concept.
We prepare invitations, landing pages, motion and LED animations, speaking kit, stage, giveaways, so that all the elements are harmonised visually and by content. Thus, the event maintains consistency in every contact with audience.
