These Website Terms and Conditions, Content Usage Rights and Cookie Policy regulate the terms under which visitors use the website www.represent.rs, the content published on it, contact forms, digital materials and other functionalities available through the website.

The website www.represent.rs is the official website of the agency Represent Communications d.o.o. and is intended to present the Agency, its services, projects, teams, expertise, case study materials, news, educational content, contact information and other business and communication activities. 

The content published on the website is intended for informational, promotional, educational and communication purposes. The information on the website does not constitute a binding offer, contract, professional advice or guarantee of results, unless expressly stated in a separate written document, offer or contract concluded with a client. 

3. Acceptance of the Terms of Use

By accessing the website, browsing its pages, using the contact form, downloading materials, registering for an event, submitting an inquiry or otherwise using the website, the user accepts these Terms. 

Represent reserves the right to amend, supplement or update these Terms from time to time, in accordance with changes in business operations, website functionalities, applicable regulations or internal procedures. Amendments shall enter into force on the day they are published on the website, unless otherwise stated. 

We recommend that users periodically review this page in order to stay informed about the current version of the Terms.

Represent strives to ensure that all advertising, promotional and commercial messages are clearly recognizable, truthful, unambiguous and in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia governing advertising, electronic commerce, consumer protection, personal data protection and copyright. 

All case study materials, references, campaign results, awards, statements and project presentations are presented in accordance with the information available and the communication objectives at the time of publication. If certain content relates to a client, campaign, partner, event or third party, the rights and permissions for publication are regulated by separate contracts, consents or rules of cooperation. 

7. Intellectual property and content usage rights

All content published on the website www.represent.rsincluding texts, slogans, headlines, photographs, illustrations, video materials, animations, graphic elements, design, logos, trademarks, icons, audiovisual content, presentation materials, case study presentations, website structure, databases and other elements, constitutes protected intellectual property of Represent or of third parties that have granted Represent the relevant usage rights. 

Copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, publishing, downloading, modifying, adapting, commercially using, reselling, licensing, archiving or otherwise exploiting website content without the prior written consent of Represent or the relevant rights holder is not permitted. 

The user is permitted to view the website content for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes, provided that they do not remove copyright notices, trademarks, logos, source references or other rights notices.

The website may display names, logos, campaigns, projects, photographs, video materials, statements, references or other content relating to clients, partners, associates, media, platforms or other third parties. 

All trademarks, logos, product names, company names and other protected elements of third parties remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their appearance on the website does not mean that the user has the right to use, copy, download or reproduce them. 

Represent strives to use content that includes third parties in accordance with the law, contracts, consents and professional standards of the communications industry.

By submitting materials, the user grants Represent the right to review, store, process and use such materials to the extent necessary to respond to the inquiry, assess cooperation, review an application, prepare an offer, carry out communication or fulfil another purpose for which the material was submitted. 

Submitting materials through the website does not mean that a contractual relationship has been established between the user and Represent, nor does it oblige Represent to accept any offer, application, idea, proposal, cooperation or business engagement. 

The user should not submit confidential, commercially sensitive or protected information unless an appropriate non-disclosure agreement or other written agreement has previously been concluded with Represent.

The user has the right to request access to their data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent, where the legal conditions for doing so are met.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Belgrade shall have jurisdiction, unless another jurisdiction is prescribed by a specific law.
