CONFIDENCE PROGRAM Schwarzkopf Gliss
How did we empower women for personal and professional growth through the Schwarzkopf Gliss Confidence Program?
Together with the Schwarzkopf Gliss brand, we worked on a project exceeding traditional beauty communication and entering the world of real women empowerment. Within the Confidence Program, we created a platform providing women with specific knowledge, support, and inspiration for more confident labour market orientation, career development, and personal progress.
Challenge
We were aware of the fact that contemporary beauty brands had to offer more than a product message and traditional campaign visibility. In this case, the challenge was to position the Schwarzkopf Gliss brand through a relevant, socially beneficial, and emotionally strong platform, which would have a real value for the women we addressed.
An additional context was provided by an insight that many women were encountering challenges affecting their self-confidence, especially in regard to the labour market, career change, self-presentation, and professional development. Therefore, a communication concept was not sufficient – we needed a special strategic format connecting the brand, education, community, and specific benefit for participants.
Solution
Our approach was to build a meaningful and beneficial program around the brand, offering real support to women. The Schwarzkopf Gliss Confidence Program was devised as an educational platform for empowering women professionally and personally, in two rounds – spring and autumn – and through carefully designed modules, covering key topics of development.
The Program covered the topics such as profession selection, CV writing, job interview, teamwork, stress management, career change, and personal development, with engagement of relevant experts Marija Kilibarda as the Program Ambassador. Thus, we combined educational content, inspirational speakers, live experience, and clear brand purpose into a unique whole.
This approach enabled us to merge multiple relevant goals in one project:
To position the brand through a real value, not just a promo message, to build an emotionally relevant and beneficial platform for the target group, to strengthen a long-term bond between the brand and its female users through education and community, and to turn communication into an experience making a memorable trail.

Conclusion
With the Schwarzkopf Gliss Confidence Program, we demonstrated that a strong brand could build relations with audience not only through a campaign, but also through initiatives with an actual purpose and long-term value. This project enabled us to integrate brand purpose, education, and communication into a platform with an emotional and practical impact.
